NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THE SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:01 A.M. CENTRAL STANDARD TIME ("CST") ON JANUARY 23, 2008 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 P.M. CST ON JUNE 30, 2008. SWEEPSTAKES OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND PUERTO RICO WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two(2) ways to enter the sweepstakes.

(a) Beginning at 12:00:01 on 1/23/08 visit http://www.MyBoneYard.com ("Website") click on the electronic item you want to recycle and follow the onscreen instructions to register a qualifying item. See http://www.MyBoneYard.com for a list of qualifying items. Once you've completed the registration process, you will be provided with a postage paid mailing label you can use to mail your registered item to MyBoneYard®. Upon receipt of the registered item, you will receive an automatic entry into the sweepstakes. You have until 11:59:59 P.M. on 6/30/08 to register an item online. All items registered for recycling must be received by July 16, 2008. Limit one entry per ["qualifying item" or "persons/household/email address"];

(b) To enter by mail without recycling an item, hand print your full name, address, city, state, zip code and daytime phone number on a 3x5 card and mail in a first-class stamped envelope to:

Entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2008 and received by July 16, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing. Enter as often as you like but each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, postmarked envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, stolen, postage due mail or misdirected entries. No other forms of entry are valid other than those set forth above. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

PRIZE: Grand Prize (1): A $2,500 Home Theater Package awarded in the form of a Best Buy Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value: $2,500. Subject to all terms and conditions contained on the gift card. The difference between any stated value and actual value will not be awarded to winner. If winner cannot accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize is not available. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

DRAWING: A winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 18, 2008 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final and binding.

ELGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and all of their parent's subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotion and judging agencies, (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified by mail at the address provided at the time of entry. Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability with (where lawful) a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) business days of attempted winner notification as indicated by the date on the Affidavit. Failure to return any/all required documents within fourteen (14) business days may result in prize forfeiture. If winner notification is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize following verification of the information you provide. Prize winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize. If applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize awarded. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner.

GENERAL TERMS: Neither the Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered entries, telephone calls, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connection availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate the Website's terms of service, as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Website access.
Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and randomly select the winners from the valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address account number by the IS or other organization responsible for assigning email address. All materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATLEY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

CONDITIONS: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind to persons including death or property which may be sustained directly or indirectly with the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize.
The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Except for residents of Tennessee and where prohibited by law, winner grants to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known the winner's name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional review, notification or compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
